Nathan Visser

Nathan Visser moved to Los Cabos in 2002 upon graduating from Allegheny College in Pittsburgh with a BA in Economics. He took a part time job selling real estate in Cabo, with the plan of returning to the US to start his career there. However, fortune struck, and Nathan made a sale. The rest is history. Ever since, Nathan has focused his efforts on working closely with clients to sell and develop commercial and residential real estate, positioning himself as an expert in commercial real estate in Los Cabos. He has collaborated intimately with US and Mexican land developers, and is thus uniquely familiar with site selection, due diligence, entitlement, and closing process in Mexico. Nathan also specializes in securing commercial hard money and refinancing loans for projects with lending institutions that are active in the market. When he is not working on real estate projects, Nathan is a dedicated husband, a father of two, and an avid fisherman.
