Susanna Powell

Susanna Powell has been a Los Cabos resident for thirty plus years. Raising her family, working for Coldwell Banker, and starting and running The Rio Bar and Grill in Cabo San Lucas have provided her with a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Los Cabos. Raised in Massachusetts, Susanna brought her love of education, the arts, and charitable service with her to Los Cabos. She has been instrumental in fundraising for local charities like Amigos de Los Ninos or Tres Deseos, which brings water to the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas. Susanna’s pay it forward mission is one of her priorities. Her vast community ties and love of Mexican culture and people make her an invaluable resource for helping you find your dream Los Cabos property. In her free time you can find Susanna taking advantage of everything the Cabo lifestyle has to offer. Hiking the mountain, swimming in the ocean, supporting local farmers at organic markets, and practicing Shotokan karate and yoga are among her favorite activities.
