Brandon Duquette

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brandon has lived in the United States, England, and Spain, but loves calling Mexico home. Brandon joined Sotheby’s International Realty after having worked for some of the most prominent real estate investors in the world: Blackstone and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He specializes in hospitality real estate investment with over a decade of experience in the real estate development process: from acquisition and repositioning, to disposition.

Combining his passion for real estate and travel, Brandon possesses a unique perspective on international real estate development and the intricacies of cross-border investment. Having relocated internationally multiple times himself, he provides his clients first-hand knowledge and know-how from both a personal and technical perspective. He advises his clients in a practical, customized fashion to make the process as seamless as possible.

Brandon holds an MSc in Real Estate Development with specialization in global real estate from New York University. He also holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Spanish from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Brandon has held a Texas Real Estate License since 2008 and is fluent in English and Spanish.

In his free time, Brandon is an avid traveler, having visited over 50 countries and counting. He also enjoys fishing, skiing, and exploring the beaches of Baja California Sur.
