Due to its characteristics, this type of housing is located in areas where densification and vertical growth will be encouraged to support the intensification of land use and the optimal use of infrastructure and urban facilities. The conditions outlined in the land use compatibility table must be complied with.

Permitted uses and destinations are multi-family housing and housing complexes, built on a minimum lot of 500m2. All lots will have a frontage of at least 12.0m. The maximum occupancy surface (C.O.S.) will be 0.4 times the total area of the lot. The buildings can have a maximum constructed area (C.U.S.) equivalent to 1.6 times the area of the lot.
